in september of 2003, hepkatt premiered it's first event to showcase the ghettotech sound of Detroit. "mid-week for the booty freaks" quickly became the slogan as the regular events occured on wednesdays. since it's debut, hump has transformed itself from a monthly into a semi-quarterly event. "humpsgiving" is the annual day-before-thanksgiving booty bash while "hump your valentine" is the celebration of love in a very unique way. hump has featured many talented artists either via vinyl, cds, live pa, and/or live vocals.
